Lester is a Senior Vice President at Parsons and the Director of Technology leading many of the R&D activities. He has over 30 years of systems engineering experience and has extensive experience with multi-agency projects with many stakeholders having multiple public and private interests.   Prior to Parsons, Lester was the President of Delcan’s Systems Business and the CEO and President of Surface Systems Inc., a road weather information system provider.  He has also worked in the Space and Defense industry specializing in Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence.   Through his career he has developed a successful combination of both systems integration and new product development.
Lester is a graduate of Stanford University and resides in Chicago.
